Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Please check the availability of delivery in your area by entering your PIN code on our app or website before placing an order.
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: For orders with a cart value of INR 199 or above, delivery is free.
- Standard Delivery Charge: A delivery charge of INR 12 applies to orders with a cart value below INR 199.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery Slots: Deliveries are done in one-hour slots from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can select your preferred delivery slot while placing your order.
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
- Order Processing: Our team will carefully pick and pack your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Dispatch and Tracking: You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
- Delivery: Our delivery personnel will deliver your order within the selected time slot. They will contact you prior to arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Delivery Guidelines
- Address Accuracy: Please provide accurate and complete delivery address details to avoid any delays.
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery personnel will make two attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable on both attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Contactless Delivery: In light of COVID-19, we offer contactless delivery options to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Please specify your preference at the time of order placement.
Issues with Delivery
- Delayed Delivery: In case of any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged item or if any item is missing from your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
