Fresh Produce: Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables and fruits, returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
FMCG and Consumer Goods: Returns for non-perishable items, such as FMCG products, cosmetics, and general home appliances, are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Initiate Return via App: To initiate a return, please use the SnapNow app. Go to the "Orders" section, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions provided. You will need to specify the reason for the return and upload any necessary images for verification.
Verification: Our team will verify the issue based on the information provided. If necessary, we may request additional information or images to process the return.
Return Pickup: For eligible returns, we will arrange for a pickup from your location. Ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
