    • In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
    • Perishable items such as fresh vegetables and fruits are eligible for refunds only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the above criteria.

  2. FMCG and Consumer Goods: Returns for non-perishable items, such as FMCG products, cosmetics, and general home appliances, are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

  3. Return Pickup: For eligible returns, we will arrange for a pickup from your location. Ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Initiate Exchange via App: To initiate an exchange, use the SnapNow app. Go to the "Orders" section, select the order you wish to exchange, and follow the instructions provided. Specify the issue and upload any necessary images for verification.
  • Verification and Exchange Process: Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a pickup of the damaged or sub-standard product. Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
